Tom uses his experience to oversee all legal activities including development entitlement, contractual and litigation, labor and employment, and project planning, as well as risk management. Tom graduated from California State University, Long Beach and earned his law degree from the University of West Los Angeles. Tom was admitted to the California Bar in 1994.
